NFL commish Roger Goodell has reinstated former Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick st Football Betting Online.

Vick’s return is conditional but he is free to practice with teams and take part in meetings should he sign with a team.

He will be able to play in last two exhibition games and will be eligible for full reinstatement into the league by Week 6 of the regular season at the very latest–ESPN reports that Vick will apply for reinstatement as early as Week 1.
